1. Advance Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

  • Without advance payment, the reservation will not be considered valid or guaranteed.

2. Cancellation by Guest
a. Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in

  • Full refund of the advance payment.

  • Bank or payment gateway charges (if applicable) will be deducted.

b. Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in

  • 50% refund of the advance payment.

c. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or No-Show

  • No refund will be provided under these circumstances.

3. Cancellation by Hotel Green View

  • Hotel Green View reserves the right to cancel bookings in rare or unavoidable circumstances, such as:

    • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

    • Medical or emergency situations

    • Government restrictions, safety concerns, or any situation beyond our control

  • In such cases, guests will receive a 100% refund of the advance payment.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the original booking.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

5. Modifications to Booking

  • Any request to change booking dates, room type, or number of guests is subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply based on revised dates, room category, or seasonal pricing.

  • Modified bookings will follow the updated tariff and availability conditions.
